The hotel recommended by you was not 5 star but 10 stars. The service was over the top excellent.

From Paris we went to Disney Park - how very special that was. As a family trip we had so much fun.

Over the past few weeks Emily Baughen of Not Just Travel has been looking into and planning our family holiday for 2020. 

I have been delighted with the level of service and knowledge provided by Emily during the process and the attention to detail has been exemplary. I would like to thank you for organising our recent packaged holiday to Menorca.

As someone who is time poor and doesn't like the hassle of planning a holiday, I approached Emily at Not Just Travel and gave my holiday specifications. We wanted a hotel of a high standard, kid friendly, near a beach and close to places to eat and explore. And it also had to be self-catering!

With this near ideal specification, Emily came up with the perffect solution. The hotel had everything we wanted, and the location was perfect. In addition, the total cost of the package was well under our budget, so I was even able to upgrade to a deluxe apartment.

Emily and her team were also on hand to liase with the hotel and airline with any questions we had, and took care of our flight and check in and seats.

I can't imagine myself trawling through travel websites to book my future holidays. When it comes to travel this is only one destiation for me - and that is Emily at Not Just Travel, and I would highly recommend you embark on the same journey!
